A portrait of Needle Scissorhoof

I like drawing these portrait-things. It's fun! I could have worked on it more, but since I just made it to serve as picture for my charahub, it's okay. And there's most definitely improvement from the first one I made! (It's in my scraps, if you absolutely wants to see it. I won't link to it. It's not pretty.)
Needle Scissorhoof, my dear criminal unicorn. Whose neck is surely way too thin here. I fail at necks.
